Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
All items that do not require silk-screening will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, unless items are on back order. If items are on back order, the customer will be notified of date of shipping. Uniforms that need to be SILK-SCREENED will typically take up to 7-18 business days to be shipped depending on the season. All shipping totals are based on actual shipping fees with no markup or handling fees. Once orders leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If your order is returned as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply.

Returns:
Custom/screened orders are final. Because each custom/screened items is made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless an error has been made on our part. Please check all information to be sure it is correct before submitting. If we make an error, please notify us immediately so we can advise on the return process. Always return with the entire original shipping packaging so we can process your order correctly.

Orders not custom/screened can be returned or exchanged as long as we receive them within 10 business days. If received after this time period they will be refused. You may be charged a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Items must be in new/unused/unopened condition in the original shipping packaging. After receiving, we will exchange for another item or refund the original purchase price for the merchandise the shipping cost will not be refunded.
